Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

Location: Ireland / Dublin / Hybrid or Fully Remote - You must be based in Ireland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.

  • Analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents.

  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.

  • Perform data analysis, mapping, and support integration/migration processes.

  • Create and maintain documentation (process models, use cases, user stories).

  • Assist in test planning, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support.

  • Stay updated on D365 CE features and industry best practices.

    Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role with Dynamics 365 CE.

  • Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules and Power Platform.

  • Experience with business process mapping and functional documentation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

    Desirable:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certification.

  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
