Salary: Up to £42,000 (Maybe slight increase for right candidate)

Exciting Opportunity:

I am working with a Global client who have asked me to find a CRM Developer to join their UK team. In your role you will part of a team spearheading the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge CRM solutions using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.

Based out of the Midlands based office, the role is offered on a hybrid basis, however how often you are in office can be flexed depending on suitability for the role.

What you will do as a CRM Developer:

Innovate and Implement: Design, develop, and deploy dynamic CRM solutions that transform business operations.
Customise and Configure: Tailor CRM systems to meet unique business requirements, enhancing functionality and user experience.
Integrate and Innovate: Build robust integrations between CRM platforms and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Collaborate and Create: Work alongside international cross-functional teams to gather requirements, devise solutions, and deliver high-quality software within deadlines.
Optimise and Enhance: Support the continuous improvement of CRM platforms through maintenance, optimisation, and strategic upgrades.
Document and Share Knowledge: Provide comprehensive technical documentation, engage in insightful code reviews, and share best practices within the team.
Secure and Comply: Ensure all developments adhere to the highest standards of security, compliance, and align with IT governance.

Your background as the CRM Developer will need you to have the following experience:

CRM Savant: You have a solid understanding of CRM best practices, data modelling, and integration patterns.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like Git, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices, and you thrive in Agile, sprint-based environments.
Experienced Developer: Proven experience in Salesforce CRM development (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM), you're ready to take on any challenge.If you feel you are a good match for this opportunity, please apply with a CV which clearly demonstrates your suitability
