Do you want the opportunity to lead the cloud operations for globally expanding market leader?

Our client is a leading supplier of software into the hospitality and higher education industry who are currently growing at circa 15% per annum.

This role will be leading their successful cloud operations team, leading the team of engineers, driving automation and supporting the development teams with robust CI/CD infrastructure in a hands-on leadership role. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day cloud operations, including monitoring, incident response and trouble shooting.
  • Leading and managing short and long term project planning.
  • Developing and implementing cloud governance, security and compliance.
  • Leading automation and IaC improvements.
  • Providing mentorship and professional development for the team of cloud engineers.

    KEY EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience
  • Strong knowledge of IaC and configuration management tools (Terraform & Ansible or similar)
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing cloud infrastructure projects
  • Experience in cloud monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and supporting development workflows

    SALARY - UP TO £80,000

    LOCATION - MILTON KEYNES (2 Days per month)
