Cloud FinOps Analyst - Azure

Enterprise-Scale | Global Collaboration | Strategic Finance
Southampton or London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite preferred)We're working with a global technology services organisation as they expand their Cloud FinOps capability to support rapid international growth.

This is a key role sitting at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations. You'll shape how cloud cost is measured, governed, forecasted, and optimised across the business, supporting large scale Azure cloud investments and initiatives.

Lead cloud cost optimisation and financial modelling initiatives

Influence decision-making around cloud spend, tools, and commercial benefits

2-5 years of hands-on Cost Management / FinOps experience with at least 1 year of Azure exposure.
Background in finance, business management, or cloud commercial operations
Strong understanding of enterprise cloud platforms (Azure required; AWS beneficial)
Proficient in Excel and ideally Power BI
Knowledge of cloud services and terminology (e.g. compute, storage, databases)
Comfortable analysing spend and engaging across tech and finance teamsIdeal Candidate Profile

Experienced in enterprise environments with complex global operations
Financially astute with a solid grasp of cloud commercial principles
Able to liaise confidently with engineers, vendors, finance teams, and senior stakeholders
Highly organised, analytical, and an effective communicator
