The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and cultivate long-term client partnerships.

In this consultative sales position, you will engage with senior decision-makers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how bespoke technology solutions can enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new business opportunities via calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, qualifying leads for the wider sales team
Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Maintain accurate CRM data and manage all sales activities efficiently
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to deal closureAbout You

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach
Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
