AWS Solution Architect - SC Cleared

Rate: £709.50 a day (Inside IR35)

Location: Remote

Clearance: SC cleared and happy to undergo NPPV3 clearance prior to start

The company:
You will join a global consultancy who are delivering digital transformation to the UK Police services.

The role:

You will provide technical assistance to the tenant accounts of an AWS Organisation, to help tenants understand the organisation and associated accounts.

Enable the tenant to host and expose their applications and services through the organisation's gateways.

Your experience:

Experience of Solutions Architecture in an AWS environment.
Good knowledge of Firewall, Gateway, Proxy patterns.
Good understanding of TLS connectivity and CA/Certificate management/use
Knowledge of patch management
Knowledge of pipeline build tools and processes (preferably GitLab)
Understanding of observation and monitoring
Good presenter, experience of governance boards.

AWS skills

Must Have: VPC, Networking, Routing, Transit Gateway, IAM Policies, Gateways/Interface Endpoints
Good to Have: Landing Zones, Organisations, Private Link, Endpoint Services, R53/DNS, NWFW, ALB, NLB
Nice to Have: EKS, Kubernetes, SSM, AMI, Resource Access Manager

Qualifications

AWS Certified (Associate should have, Professional nice to have)

Guidance on Clearance

This role requires BPSS, Security Check (SC) and NPPV3 clearance
