About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud platforms, Azure, and technical team collaboration. You will play a vital role in scaling agile processes, working closely with technical and platform teams, and managing multiple squads within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage 5-6 agile delivery teams in a fast-paced environment
Remodelling and migrating platforms to AWS and Azure platforms
Work with technical teams and platform teams to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain a well-organised workflow using JIRA and other tools
Coordinate product transfer activities and ensure smooth handovers
Facilitate quarterly planning and squad meetings
Stay updated with DevOps practices and ensure team adherenceKey Experience needed:

Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager with 5+ years in a similar role
Experience working on AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Strong understanding of technical backgrounds and Agile scaling frameworks
Ability to manage multiple squads
Experience with JIRA and PowerPoint presentations
Background in product transfer and transferring working practices
Knowledge of DevOps practicesHybrid working - 1 day a week in a London-based officeDuration - Initial 6 months
Rate - up to £750pd inside ir35 via umbrella
