Key Responsibilities:

Leading the integration of digital-to-digital, digital-to-physical, and physical-to-physical systems.
Developing and deploying control software using PLC programming (Beckhoff preferred), Python, or C#.
Contributing to the design and implementation of Digital Twin technologies to simulate and optimise real-world manufacturing.
Interfacing with robotics, machine vision, sensors, and verification technologies.
Collaborating across software, hardware, and automation teams on rapid R&D cycles.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing environments.

Job Requirements:

Experience in systems integration within manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments.
Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Beckhoff), Python, or C#.
Demonstrated ability to work across hardware and software boundaries in real-world systems.
Strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on technical approach.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Digital Twin development or immersive simulation (Unity).
Exposure to metrology, machine vision, or non-destructive testing (NDT).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and industrial deployment.
Background in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 principles.
