We are currently representing a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) deliver IT solutions that power productivity and growth. From cloud services and cybersecurity to VoIP and workflow automation, we're trusted by businesses across industries to provide proactive, secure, and innovative support.

As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for advanced technical support, service improvement, and end-to-end delivery of IT projects. You'll also play a mentoring role and help shape internal processes and automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Support & Troubleshooting

Deliver advanced Level 2/3 support across hardware, software, networks, and firewalls.
Manage escalations and provide expert troubleshooting on Windows Server, Office 365, and virtualised environments.
Configure and maintain SonicWall firewalls, Hyper-V/VMware servers, and 3CX VoIP systems.Project Delivery

Lead projects including cloud migrations (Azure, O365), hardware rollouts, and network upgrades.
Manage timelines, client expectations, and successful delivery outcomes.
Provide technical documentation and post-project reviews.Mentoring & Internal Development

Coach junior engineers and contribute to team training sessions.
Help shape KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.What We're Looking For

Experience in an MSP environment.
Proven experience with:
Windows Server, Office 365, Azure
SonicWall firewall configuration
Virtualisation: Hyper-V and/or VMware
