I am looking for a highly capable Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of infrastructure-related initiatives, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and platform transitions. This is a delivery coordination role, not a hands-on engineering position. You will play a key role in managing cross-functional technical workstreams and engaging stakeholders across the business.

Your Requirements

Infrastructure Project Oversight: Manage infrastructure-focused project streams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes, without deep technical execution.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams (Cloud, Infra, SMEs) and non-technical business units.

Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and subject matter experts to align timelines, surface blockers, and maintain momentum.

Solution Shaping Support: Contribute to high- and low-level design discussions by asking the right questions and facilitating alignment (e.g. on port/firewall requirements), without drafting designs yourself.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Coordinate across teams to identify and resolve technical issues impacting delivery.

Multi-Project Management: Flexibility to manage either 1–2 larger projects or several smaller workstreams, depending on business priorities.

Strong Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear updates and actions for business and technical stakeholders alike.

Process-Oriented: Ensure workstreams are tracked, aligned to milestones, and continuously optimised for efficient delivery.

Your Education & Experience

3rd-Level Qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong foundation in core infrastructure domains (e.g. networking, servers, firewalls, cloud platforms), with the ability to navigate technical conversations confidently.

Proven experience delivering infrastructure-related projects, ideally including Azure cloud migration or hybrid/on-prem transitions.

Experience working with or alongside Cloud/Infrastructure teams, particularly in large enterprise or regulated environments.

Demonstrated ability to manage delivery through others – engineers, architects, and external vendors – rather than executing tasks directly.

Experience engaging cross-functional teams, with strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to high-level and low-level infrastructure design processes is a plus (even if not hands-on).

Previous experience working in Ireland preferred.
