We’re looking for a proactive Scrum Master to join our team at Cooper Solutions!

What You’ll Do:

Lead and energise our development teams, making sure Agile ceremonies (like daily stand-ups and sprint reviews) run smoothly and stay on track
Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritisation
Remove obstacles and keep the team focused on delivering great results
Collaborate closely with the product owner, wider stakeholders and senior management to manage the backlog and balance scope, time, and quality, while keeping the relevant people up to date with deliverables using Agile metrics.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery
Work closely with IT, product management, data, and business teams
Help onboard new team members and coach Agile principles
Monitor and optimize delivery performance using Agile metrics. Track team metrics such as velocity and help interpret them for actionable insights.
Be the point of contact for external team communications (e.g., from the internal support team requests, IT, and any other third-party integrations)
Required Experience & Key Skills:

At least 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices
Great communication, coaching, and people skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong experience with Agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps and Confluence)
Scrum Master certification
Any project management qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, etc.) or willingness to work towards these
Build and maintain key relationships (internally and externally), develop trust and rapport, and challenge/manage expectations of senior leaders.
