Acorn by Synergie are proud to be recruiting for a careful, competent and confident FLT Driver on a temp to perm basis for their distribution client based in Knutsford

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 5am to 2pm

Most of the work is loading and unloading wagons, moving stock within the warehouse facility, handballing stock and picking and packing

Pay rate starts at £12.50 per hour

An RTITB or ITSSAR accredited flt counterbalance licence refreshed within the last 3 years is an essential requirement of the role

Responsibilities & Objectives

· Picking - Ensuring all orders are picked and ready for outbound deliveries according to our picking procedure

· Labelling - Ensure correct labelling of all orders for outbound deliveries

· Loading - Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and on time

· Goods in - Offload containers and put away stock into areas. Also, decanting of stillages and re-palletising/banding of goods

· Awareness of Health & Safety for all involved

Experience

Previous warehouse experience
Previous flt experience
Manual handling of heavy & awkward goods is desirable
Attention to detail is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Warehouse Management System use is desirable
Good organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
