Position: Education Account Manager

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year

What We're Looking For:

Aztrum are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused Education Account Manager to join a growing team in Leeds. Our client is a leading Value-Added Reseller (VAR) delivering innovative IT solutions and services tailored specifically for the education sector. From cloud computing and cybersecurity to connectivity and collaboration tools, they help schools, colleges, and universities transform the way they teach, learn, and operate.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the education sector’s unique challenges and goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Manager within an MSP or VAR
A strong track record of selling into the education sector (schools, academies, MATs, or higher education)
Experience with Cloud, Cyber Security, Data Centre, or Connectivity solutions
Confident in identifying and driving new business opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsYour Role:

As an Education Account Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact for education clients, working consultatively to understand their IT needs and align them with tailored solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

Building and nurturing long-term relationships within the education sector
Identifying and converting new business opportunities
Upselling and cross selling a full suite of IT solutions, including Cloud, Cyber Security, Connectivity, and Data Protection
Collaborating with technical teams to deliver projects effectively
Keeping up to date with the latest education technology trends and funding opportunitiesBenefits:
